Monrob, trough the website www.monrob.it, wants to promote online sales of its collections.
The products on sale on the website are destined to the Final Customer. By “Final Customer” Monrob intends person or persons who do not operate their own entrepreneurial nor professional activities.
The vendor is Simplyrob srl, registered office in Via Torino 25, 56038 Ponsacco (PI) Italy; Vat. 02164680502, REA number PI – 186044, share capital 10.000,00€, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Images and descriptions of each product are available online, as well as materials, colours, sizes and prices.
All prices published online, payments and invoices are in Euro (€/EUR). Price includes VAT (if the order is subject to Vat) and all further fees (where applicable). Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union are free. All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union will be charged of shipping costs, depending of the shipping service, the final destination, weight and volume of the goods. In this case, shipping costs will be mentioned separately from the price and paid together with the price of the item at the checkout. Any additional taxes and/or custom duties provided by law in the State of destination are paid by the Client.
Before sending orders and purchasing products Clients should read all the information concerning sales conditions, privacy, return policy, shipment information etc. Clients always have to check their “shopping bag” before send an order. To place an order for the purchase of one or more products Client must enter his own credentials. New Clients must fill the online form to complete the registration and obtain credentials.
The following methods of payment are accepted by MONROB.IT:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express are accepted.
Clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security because all transactions are processed using a secure server. Customer service agents will not ask for nor accept credit card numbers and/or expiration dates. Monrob.it advises Clients to apply for E-commerce security PIN CODES provided by Verified by Visa and SecureCode by Mastercard.

Credit Card Charges
If there are sufficient funds and the account is valid, the transaction will be processed instantly. At the moment the order is confirmed, the Credit Card will be charged for both available items and for Pre-Order items, which will be shipped later in the season when the merchandise arrives.
When Bank Wire Transfer is selected as the method of payment, the Client will automatically receive an email containing the bank account information for MONROB.IT. Monrob will send the order confirmation once the payment has reached our bank account. The order will be shipped in expected time has confirmed the payment and the merchandise is available for shipment.
The customer can choose to pay using his paypal account. MONROB accepts payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified PayPal account is registered with.
PRICES AND FEES
The price of the merchandise is the one the customer finds on the website. The price includes packaging, VAT (if the order is subject to Vat), and all further fees (where applicable). The price does not include shipping costs for all shipments destined for countries outside the European Union. In this case, the shipping cost will be calculated from our system and shown at the checkout.
Prices can change during promotions or sales time. Discount percentage may vary.
The price of all shipments destined for countries outside the European Union won’t include local taxes and/or custom duties provided by law in the State of destination.
All the payments and transactions on Monrob.it are in Euro (€/EUR).
All the orders are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.
The order will be delivered to the shipping address indicated while placing the order. An invoice will be send by mail at the indicated email address, another copy will accompany the goods. DHL is our courier for all shipments. Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours.
Please note, couriers do not make deliveries or pick-ups on the following Italian holidays:
Easter and Easter Monday
We provide a guaranteed delivery date on the checkout page. If guaranteed delivery date can’t be respected, Clients can ask for a refund. Monrob cannot be held responsible for delays in circumstances beyond its control.
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from MONROB.IT specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier or by MONROB.IT. Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully. If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations and open a claim immediately with the courier and contact Monrob.it.

If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact Monrob.it at email@example.com . If the package is damaged or if an item is missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.
All the Clients who place an order on Monrob.it have to accept the delivery. If for any reason the Client refuse to accept the delivery he won’t be refund of shipping cost and/or custom duties.
In accordance with rule 5 DL 185/1999 Clients can always return an item without any justification and without indemnity, except in cases we will specify.
Clients can return any item purchased on Monrob.it within 14 days of the delivery date (Fill out the Return Form). We will be unable to accept your return if we don’t receive the return form.

Return shipping costs will be at Client’s charge.
The Security tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
All return requests are subjected to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- Shipping costs and custom duties won’t be refunded.
- Before your package reaches the warehouse, the goods are Client’s responsibility.
- in case of theft, loss or damage of the refunded items Monrob.it will contact the Client (within 5 working days) to inform him and to allow him to make formal complaint against the courier and obtain a refund (if the shipment has been insured).
- If the returned item is not in perfect conditions or arrives in a damaged/not original packaging, Monrob will retain 10% of the value of the goods for the repair.
VINTAGE OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Personalized items have been realized according to the customer’s need or desire, that’s why we won’t accept any return except for defected or damaged items.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by MONROB.IT.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company. Orders paid by PayPal or by Bank Wire Transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed
Returned items must be sent from the same country of the original destination. If not, Monrob.it can authorized the refund, but it will retain 10% of the value of the goods.
For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.
The laws and the regulations of the Italian State will enforce any questions pertinent to the use of the website. Any dispute concerning this Condition will be managed by the competent count in Pisa.
